"The Kuwait Petroleum Research and Technologies (KPR&T) – the research and development department of oil and gas producer and refinery operator Q8 – involved us in a joint research project. This project, which is named Egeria Nifaia, is a collaboration between four parties, namely the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research (KISR), Kuwait Petroleum Research and Technologies (KPR&T), the Kuwait Foundation for Advancement of Sciences (KFAS) and of course BioQuest Alliance (BQA), linked to the project as a subcontractor of KPR&T. Through the Egeria Nifaia project, we had the opportunity to gain experience, participate in an international research consortium and build our reputation.
The goal of this project? Acquiring knowledge and revenues, of course, but on the other hand also building connections and trying to be further introduced through KPR&T to the K-companies, which are highly regarded in the Middle East. The Egeria Nifaia project is now nearing completion. Final publication is expected by January, and the articles will appear in scientifically relevant journals."
